The Director General of the National Office of Electricity and Drinking Water (ONEE) paid Abderrahim El Hafidi made Wednesday in Dakhla, a field visit to inquire about the state of facilities of the Office and major projects scheduled and underway related to the supply of electricity and liquid sanitation in the region Dakhla-Oued Eddahab.

The outreach policy, reaffirmed on Saturday by His Majesty King Mohammed VI on the occasion of the Throne Speech, calls for "solid and serious commitments" on the part of the Algeria, said Paraguayan political analyst Ignacio Martinez.

The speech delivered by HM King Mohammed VI to the Nation on the occasion of the 22nd anniversary of the Throne day, is a sincere and renewed invitation to the leaders of Algeria to plan for a serene future, overcoming the obstacles that hinder the integration and cooperation to which the peoples of the region aspire, underlined the Swiss non-governmental organization "Promotion of Economic and Social Development" (PDES).

Tunisian political analyst Mohamed Najib El-Wargi confirmed that the speech addressed to the nation by His Majesty King Mohammed VI, on the occasion of the twenty-second anniversary of the Throne Day, has a special character and  historical dimension.

The speech addressed by HM King Mohammed VI to the Nation on the occasion of the 22nd anniversary of the Throne Day, is a "direct and sincere" call to overcome the stalemate in Moroccan-Algerian relations, stressed the Rwandan geopolitologist and academic, Ismael Buchanan.
