Tunisian political analyst Mohamed Najib El-Wargi confirmed that the speech addressed to the nation by His Majesty King Mohammed VI, on the occasion of the twenty-second anniversary of the Throne Day, has a special character and  historical dimension.

The speech addressed by HM King Mohammed VI to the Nation on the occasion of the 22nd anniversary of the Throne Day, is a "direct and sincere" call to overcome the stalemate in Moroccan-Algerian relations, stressed the Rwandan geopolitologist and academic, Ismael Buchanan.

Morocco is tirelessly seeking appeasement and reconciliation with its eastern neighbor and the speech of HM King Mohammed VI is once again the illustration of this, says French geo-politologist Aymeric Chauprade, for whom the hand extended to Algeria is "the key point" of the Throne Speech this year.

The 2021 Throne Speech sounds like "a message of reason" so that Morocco and Algeria can achieve the "collective security" imposed by geography and history that the two countries have in common, underlines Chilean news website El Periodista.

Algerian leaders should seriously consider the call of His Majesty King Mohammed VI to reopen borders between the two neighboring countries, the South African Institute of International Affairs (SAIIA) said Sunday.
