The Taxpayer's Association of Europe, a federation of 29 national taxpayers associations throughout Europe with more than one million members, has called on the European Union to investigate the misappropriation of humanitarian aid sent to Tindouf camps by Algeria and Polisario.

The city of Dakhla has been designated to house the headquarters of the African Network of Francophonie with Driss Guerraoui  appointed President, unanimously by the members of the Network’s Board of Directors.

The construction in progress of an expressway of more than 1000 km between Tiznit and Dakhla via Laâyoune, is “a titanic project with a notable strategic impact which will positively influence human, economic and cultural exchanges between the Kingdom of Morocco and countries like Mauritania, Senegal or Mali ”, wrote the Malijet information portal on Saturday.

European law expert and lawyer at the Brussels bar, Stéphane Rodrigues, has said that the embezzlement of humanitarian aid sent to the populations held in the Tindouf camps continues.

Algeria is both a party and a problem in the issue of the artificial dispute over the Moroccan Sahara, said Peruvian expert in international relations Ricardo Sánchez Serra, stressing the diplomatic setbacks suffered by the Algerian regime and its creation, the polisario.
