The Kingdom of Lesotho issued a Note from its Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Relations formalizing its decision to "suspend all declarations or decisions" relating to the status of the Sahara and so-called "rasd", committing to "actively support the United Nations-led political process", and "positive neutrality in all subregional, regional and international meetings" referring to this issue.

The government of Antigua and Barbuda reaffirmed, on Friday in New York, the "Moroccan identity of the Sahara", and stressed that the solution to the conflict "must be under the sovereignty of the Kingdom of Morocco".

Bahrain supports Morocco's continuous efforts to find a political solution to the Moroccan Sahara issue in accordance with UN resolutions, and under Morocco's sovereignty and territorial integrity, said Bahraini Foreign Minister Khalid bin Ahmed Al Khalifa on Saturday in New York.

The Presidents of Burkina Faso, Roch Marc Christian Kaboré, Comoros, Azali Assoumani, and Sao Tome and Principe, Evaristo Do Espirito Santo Carvalho, have reiterated, before the United Nations General Assembly, their support for the exclusive political process of the United Nations with a view to reaching a negotiated and mutually acceptable political solution to the Moroccan Sahara issue.

Spain's acting Prime minister, Pedro Sanchez, defended, on Tuesday, the centrality of the UN in reaching a "just, lasting and mutually acceptable political" solution to the Moroccan Sahara issue.
