UK’s Minister for the Middle East and North Africa and Minister of State for International Development, Andrew Murrison, reiterated Tuesday in Rabat his country's "full support" to the UN-led process aimed at reaching a solution to the Moroccan Sahara issue as well as to Morocco's "serious and credible" efforts in this regard.

Ecuador welcomed Morocco's serious and credible efforts to find a realistic solution based on compromise to the Sahara issue.

A group of 23 States supporting Morocco's territorial integrity highlighted, on Tuesday, at the 42nd session of the Human Rights Council in Geneva, the relevance of the autonomy initiative proposed by the Kingdom to definitively end the artificial conflict over the Moroccan Sahara.
