Morocco's initiative to grant substantive autonomy to its southern provinces is the only realistic and fair solution to this issue, Hajbouha Zoubeir, a member of the Royal Consultative Council for Saharan Affairs (CORCAS) said on Wednesday in London.

Moulay Ahmed Mghizlate, member of Royal Advisory Council for Saharan Affairs (CORCAS) said Tuesday in Geneva that the Algerian-backed Polisario built on the deadlock of the Sahara issue to develop their human trafficking business.

The Royal Advisory Council for Saharan Affairs participates in the regional seminar of the carribe which takes place on Tuesday 12 until 24 of May 2009 at Figate Bay (saint-Kitts –et-Nevis) initiated by the committee of 24 of the UN , under the theme of “ challenges and opportunities in the process of decolonization in the present world”.

Mrs. Hajabouha Zubeir member of the Council, head of the women entrepreneurs in Laayoune and representing the "International Business & Professional Women" in Morocco, during a workshop organized within the framework of the Civil Society Forum of Durban II, highlighted the achievements of Moroccan women and their contribution in the service of social and economic development of the Kingdom, especially in the southern regions.
