EU Court of Justice overturns EU court ruling, rejects Polisario appeal as inadmissible

The Court of Justice of the European Union cancelled on Wednesday the judgment of court December 10, 2015 which had concluded partial annulment of the agricultural agreement between Morocco and the European Union.
