The report by the European Union’s Anti-Fraud Office (OLAF) urges the international community and the United States to decisively put an end to the daily sufferings of populations held captive in the camps of Tindouf, mainly due to polisario leaders' embezzlement of humanitarian aids, wrote former American ambassador Edward Gabriel for US paper "The Hill".
