Sahrawi tribes have maintained ties of allegiance with the Moroccan Sovereign, as evidenced by the advisory opinion of the International Court of Justice (ICJ) issued in October 1975, said Minister of Communication, Government Spokesperson, Mustapha El Khalfi.
