Corcas and ICRID organize a seminar on autonomy

The "Remesha magazine", published by the Independent Centre for Research and Initiative for Dialogue (ICRID), devoted, in its edition of April and May 2012, a folder with the theme of autonomy.

France hails the adoption of UNSC resolution on the Sahara which sends a clear message of support for reforms carried out by Morocco mainly in the human rights field, the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs said on Wednesday.

Morocco has agreed, many years ago, to enter into a negotiation process aimed at finding a mutually acceptable solution to the dispute over the Moroccan Sahara, Morocco's ambassador to the UN said on Tuesday. 

The Russian Foreign Minister Sergueï Lavrov reiterated Wednesday in Moscow, his country’s call to "find a just, lasting and acceptable solution" by parties to the Sahara conflict, "in conformity with UN resolutions".

The relations between Morocco and Algeria "are of crucial importance" to settle the Sahara issue, said Monday the Foreign Office minister in charge of the Middle East and North Africa, Alistair Burt.
