Council chairman speech on the 60th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights

The Royal Advisory Council for Saharan Affairs attended last Thursday in Rabat a forum organized by the Consultative Council for Human Rights, on the occasion of the celebration of 60 anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
