Visiting Director of the Diplomatic and Strategic Studies Center of Dakar (CEDS), Babacar Diallo, on Tuesday, stressed that Morocco's initiative to negotiate an autonomy status in the Sahara offers "an extraordinary framework" for settling the 32-year-old conflict, between Morocco and the Algerian-backed Polisario separatists.
