Morocco is working to come out with a consensual position on the southern provinces autonomy within the framework of modernization of national institutions process, said, here Tuesday, Moroccan government spokesman, Nabil Benabdallah.

The Minister of Communication, government spokesman, Khalid Naciri said "the Moroccan delegation participating in the third round of negotiations in Manhasset is animated by the desire to overcome obstacles and open up new prospects for reaching an agreement to these serious negotiations which are not taken as an end".
