Khalihenna: Sea Programme aims to integrate Sahrawi people in the fishing sector

Full text of the statement by Mr. President on the ratification of the maritime fishing program during the regular session held by the Royal Advisory Council for Saharan Affairs:

The Royal Advisory Council for Saharan Affairs will hold its first regular session for the year 2007 on May 29-30 in Rabat under the presidency of the Council's chairman Mr. Khalihenna Ould Errachid.
