President of the Royal Consultative Council for Sahrawi Affairs (CORCAS), Khali Henna Ould Er-rachid, said the council is ready to engage in a "genuine dialogue" with all the associations backing the Polisario Front to "lay the foundations of a fruitful cooperation."
