A Council's statement stated that this meeting comes within the framework of the Committee's works which began on Thursday July13  in order to develop their program and strategy

Khalihenna: the project will change Morocco's features

Mohit: The chairman of the Royal Advisory Council for Saharan Affairs said that autonomy would change Moroccan features since it is a bold constitutional move presented by Morocco to satisfy a part of its citizens who rebelled in the past against problems that existed then. It would also allow to the Sahara people handle their political and economic affairs.

Khalihenna: Sahara Moroccanity is historical, legal, and also linked to family relations 

A delegation of dignitaries from the southern regions of the Kingdom led by Chairman of the Royal Advisory Council for Saharan Affairs, Mr. Khalihenna Ould Errachid at Jbel al Ilm (Larache province) at the season of Moulay Abdesalam Ben Mchich, the attending delegation included representatives of the Sahara major tribes.
