The second regular session of the Royal Advisory Council for Saharan Affairs (CORCAS) opened Monday at Smara, under the subject "autonomy, a definitive solution to achieve reconciliation and return to dignity". 

By order of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, May God protect him, and upon the provisions of the Dahir on the Royal Advisory Council for Saharan Affairs, the Council’s Chairman announces that the second regular session of the Royal Advisory Council for Saharan Affairs for 2007, will be held on Dul hijja 7-8, 1428, corresponding to December 17-18, 2007, in the city of Smara, to study the following issue:
"Autonomy as final solution to achieve reconciliation and dignified return."

 "We want to tell the Polisario that the Sahara issue requires much realism and compromise to reach a satisfactory solution for all the parties involved and which is, by the way, a form of self-determination," said Chairman of the Royal Advisory Council on Saharan Affairs (CORCAS), Khalli Henna Ould Errachid.

The head of the Royal Advisory Council for Saharan Affairs addressed a message of loyalty and sincerity to His Majesty King Mohammed VI, following the conclusion of the extraordinary session of the Council held in laayoune. Here follows the text and full video of the message:
