The Moroccan cities of Laayoune, Benguerir and Chefchaouen have been declared by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) "learning cities".

The relocation of university examination centers aims to ensure equal opportunities for students, said the director of the Laâyoune Higher School of Technology (EST), Ahmed Rguibi Idrissi.
