A Salvadoran expert in international relations has condemned the systematic embezzlement by the Polisario, with the complicity of Algeria, of humanitarian aid sent by the European Union to the populations held in the Tindouf camps.

As part of the citizen run show « Sahara Debate », Mr. Panja Ramanoelina, former Minister of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries, Professor at the University of Antananarivo, member of the Board of Directors of the "Agence universitaire de la Francophonie" AUF, former President of the University of Antananarivo from 2003 to 2008, intervened to raise public awareness on the role of the African Union in supporting the United Nation's consideration of the regional dispute over the Moroccan Sahara and to highlight the evolution of support in Africa and in the world to the Moroccanity of the Sahara, most notably materialized by the opening of more Consulates General in Laâyoune and Dakhla

A total of 925 Sahrawi NGOs active in the fields of human rights and development in the Moroccan Sahara have underlined the "normal character” of the situation of human rights in the southern provinces, welcoming "an area of freedom" governed by an evolving and credible institutional and legal framework.

Once victims of deceptive and malicious propaganda, South American countries have in recent years become more aware than ever that the victimizing discourse of Polisario and its Algerian mentor is devoid of truth and of any political or historical logic.

The Italian government must investigate the fate of humanitarian aid to the Tindouf camps in Algeria, said international policy expert Marco Iaconetti.
