The strict hygiene and prevention instructions decreed by the public authorities to curb the spread of the coronavirus have completely changed the habits and lifestyle of the Sahara inhabitants like other cities in Morocco.

The Republic of Liberia opened a consulate general in Dakhla on Thursday during an inauguration ceremony co-chaired by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccans residing abroad, Nasser Bourita, and his Liberian counterpart, Gbehzohngar Findley.

The Republic of Burundi inaugurated, on Friday, a consulate general in Laayoune, the sixth diplomatic representation opened in the capital of Moroccan Sahara in less than three months.
