The Republic of Equatorial Guinea opened on Friday a consulate general in Dakhla. The inauguration ceremony of this consulate was co-chaired by Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccans Abroad, Nasser Bourita, and his Equatorial Guinean counterpart Simeón Oyono Esono Angue.

The Kingdom of Bahrain reiterated, Thursday before the Fourth Committee of the United Nations General Assembly, its support for the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Morocco over its Sahara, while welcoming the "serious efforts" of the Kingdom to achieve a political solution to the Moroccan Sahara issue on the basis of the autonomy initiative.
