Speaking before the Committee of 24 of the United Nations, Monday in New York, the ambassador, Chargé d'Affaires of Algeria, nervously spoke out against the 15 countries that have all cited Algeria's responsibility as one of the four participants in the Geneva round table meetings, claiming that his country "is not a party but just an observer".

The Kingdom of Bahrain reiterated on Tuesday its support for Morocco's legitimate rights over its southern provinces and all efforts aimed at reaching a political solution to the Sahara issue in the framework of the kingdom's sovereignty and its development initiative in this region.

Chile expressed on Friday its support for the autonomy plan proposed by Morocco as well as for the Kingdom's serious efforts aimed at finding a realistic, viable and final political solution to the regional dispute over the Sahara.

Brazil supports Morocco's efforts to reach a “realistic” solution to the Sahara issue, which has lasted for too long, said Thursday Brazilian Foreign Minister, Ernesto Araujo, adding that his country is willing to contribute to efforts aimed at reaching solutions that go "beyond rhetoric".
