Life is back to normal at Dakhla and the populations condemn ‘the” hooliganism”

Morocco is exploring all possibilities concerning the incidents which took place last week in Dakhla , and continues its enquiry «  with diligence and serenity » asserted the communication minister Khalid Naciri.

The chairman of the Moroccan –European Union friendship group in the European parliament Mr. Gilles Pargneaux , made a statement on Thursday that «  the jurisdiction of Morocco over the Sahara is not contested, neither by the UN nor by the EU and its members »

Participants in a meeting organized on Thursday by  the UN  Human rights council ,where the  royal consultative council for Saharan affairs was represented by Mr. Ahmed M’ghizlat have considered that the autonomy project offers a fitting solution to solve the Sahara dispute, and put an end to the human tragedy, and the refusal of the rights of populations sequestered in Tindouf camps

A large delegation representing the Royal Advisory Council for Saharan Affairs (CORCAS), the work of the 18th session of the Human Rights Council (HRC) of the UN, to be held in Geneva from 12 to 30 September 2011.

His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God assist him, said that the real challenge that should be gained by Morocco now is to achieve a qualitative leap and turn elections into a national campaign, and establish developed regionalization based on the redistribution of the center’s powers and assets to regions.
