Chairman of the Royal Advisory Council for Saharan Affairs, Mr Khalihenna Ould Errachid, received on Friday in Rabat, UN High Commissioner for Refugees, Mr. Antonio Guterres, who is currently visiting Morocco in the framework of a tour in the region which started with Algiers and Tindouf.

  The UN High Commissioner for Refugees, Mr. Antonio Guterres, pays starting from Thursday, 10 to 12 September a visit to Morocco, as part of a regional tour where he visited Algiers and Tindouf.

Morocco's initiative to grant substantial autonomy to its southern provinces, the Sahara, is "open and fair", Liberia's Vice President, Joseph N. Boakai, said here Friday.
