The United Kingdom, being a permanent member of the security council of the United Nations, respects the position of Morocco and supports The UNGS and his envoy’s Mr Christopher Ross’s  , asserted on Thursday in Rabat the head of middle east and North Africa department at the British  foreign office Mr John Jenkins .

The Socialist MP and member of the foreign affairs commission at the French national assembly Mr Jean- Michel Boucheron underlined “the same view between a large majority of French MP’s and Morocco” on the Sahara issue.
