"The Royal Advisory Council was founded by His Majesty the King Mohammed VI in Laâyoun on March 25th, 2006. It's a Royal organization which aims at preparing the psycological, political, diplomatic, economic and social environment for the implementation of a final solution for the Sahara issue relating to the autonomy under the Moroccan sovereignty.
