Morocco and the Netherlands signed, here Monday, a Common Action Program affirming their mutual political will to deepen bilateral relations in political, economic and social fields.

A Moroccan delegation held, here Friday, talks with the UN Secretary General, Ban Ki-moon, on the development of the Sahara issue under the aegis of the United Nations.

The Moroccan people commemorate on November 20 -23 November, the 52-th anniversary of the start of Liberation Army operations in southern Kingdom, which was a radiant page in the epic of the completion of independence and territorial integrity. 

Deputy Permanent Ambassador representing Morocco to the United Nations, Mr. Hamid Chabar, denounced on Tuesday "deliberate biased and narrow" reading made by the Algerian representative on the evolution of the Sahara issue at a General Assembly debate on the annual report of the Security Council. 

Paraguayan foreign minister, Alejandro Hamed Franco, said his country's stance with regard to the Sahara issue remains "unchanged."
