The second regular session of the Royal Advisory Council for Saharan Affairs (CORCAS) opened Monday at Smara, under the subject "autonomy, a definitive solution to achieve reconciliation and return to dignity". 

Morocco has called on the European Union institutions to denounce "Polisario" irresponsible and provocative actions and impediment acts to a definitive solution to the Sahara issue conducted by the separatists who are planning to organize their "congress" in Tifariti buffer zone. 

The threat by the Algerian-backed separatist movement "Polisario" to resume armed struggle with Morocco, is an "obstacle" to UN-led peace negotiations to end the 32-year old dispute over the Sahara, according to declaration issued Wednesday at the end of a special session by the two Houses of the Moroccan Parliament.

The man carefully selected its terms and said the solution depends on Algeria which can convince Polisario of the solution and put an end to this long conflict…he renewed his call on Polisario leader to come home and repent of his deeds… he recognized the existence of mistakes due to the previous security approach..He denied the existence of any kind of relationship between Morocco and Khat Echahid which broke out from Polisario underlying the necessity to differentiate between Polisario front and Polisario leadership.
