Press Conference of the Moroccan delegation following the conclusion of first round of Manhasset negotiations

Mr. Khalihenna Ould Errachid, chairman of the Royal Advisory Council for Saharan Affairs, said that the first round of negotiations on the Sahara issue, which was held under the auspices of the United Nations on 18 and 19 June in Manhasset (New York), was a "success" as "we have reached a ground where dialogue can be built.
