The chrairman of the Royal Advisory Council for Saharan Affaires (CORCAS), Khalihanna Ould Rachid said, here Wednesday, that Algeria, which claims not to be concerned by the Sahara conflict, "has no right to accept or reject the autonomy project," which Morocco proposes for the settlement of the Sahara issue.
