Khalihenna: Saharan State project is impossible

Mr. Khalihenna Ould Errachid said during a meeting in laayoune that Morocco won the Sahara war, as opposed to a failure of Polisario. Polisario crisis was intensified after the withdrawal of Libya from the Sahara conflict in 1983, after Msid Battle in Tan Tan, on the basis that the conflict does not serve the project of Arab unity

Khalihenna: granting broad autonomy to the Sahara under Moroccan sovereignty, will change the features of the Moroccan State

The chairman of the Royal Advisory Council for Saharan Affairs, Mr. Khalihenna Ould Errachid said the decision to grant autonomy to the southern provinces under Moroccan sovereignty would change the features of the Moroccan state and the features of the African continent, adding: "This proposed Royal project is decisive and will change the features of the African continent and the Arab world, because of its positive repercussions on the functioning and growth of democratic states, and participation of all components in the conduct of the political, economic, social and cultural affairs.
