South Africa was and will remain a marginal actor in the Moroccan Sahara issue, Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccan Expatriates, Nasser Bourita, said Tuesday in Rabat.

Morocco “will always have the unconditional and continued support of Gabon regarding the Moroccan sovereignty over the Sahara”, Gabon’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, in charge of Sub-regional Integration and Gabonese Living Abroad, Régis Onanga Ndiaye, said Monday in Rabat.

The Union of the Comoros reiterates its unwavering support for the Moroccan sovereignty over the Sahara and the autonomy plan under Moroccan sovereignty as the only serious and pragmatic solution to this regional dispute, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Union of the Comoros, Dhoihir Dhoulkamal, said on Tuesday.
