Khalihenna: granting broad autonomy to the Sahara under Moroccan sovereignty, will change the features of the Moroccan State

The chairman of the Royal Advisory Council for Saharan Affairs, Mr. Khalihenna Ould Errachid said the decision to grant autonomy to the southern provinces under Moroccan sovereignty would change the features of the Moroccan state and the features of the African continent, adding: "This proposed Royal project is decisive and will change the features of the African continent and the Arab world, because of its positive repercussions on the functioning and growth of democratic states, and participation of all components in the conduct of the political, economic, social and cultural affairs.

The Saharawi leader Khalli Henna Ould Errachid, who is currently serving as chairman of the Royal Advisory Council for Saharan Affairs, says that consensual solution based on autonomy is the ideal solution for the conflict in Western Sahara.
