In a recent gathering in Madrid, Miguel Ángel Moratinos, the High Representative of the United Nations for the Alliance of Civilizations, commended the Spanish government's endorsement of Morocco's autonomy plan aimed at resolving the longstanding dispute over the Sahara region. Describing it as an "important political and strategic commitment," Moratinos praised Spain's stance during a meeting organized by Nueva Economía Fórum, a prominent debate platform in the country.

The Republic of Sierra Leone expressed, on Tuesday in Rabat, its full support for the Kingdom's territorial integrity, while considering the Moroccan Autonomy Initiative as the only "credible, serious and realistic" solution to the dispute over the Moroccan Sahara.

The Commonwealth of Dominica reaffirmed, on Monday in Rabat, its support for the territorial integrity and sovereignty of the Kingdom of Morocco over all its territory, including the Moroccan Sahara.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Trade, Industry, Commerce and Consumer Affairs, Economic Development, and Investment of Saint Kitts and Nevis, Denzil Llewellyn Douglas, reiterated on Wednesday in Rabat his country's constant position "supporting Morocco's sovereignty over the Sahara territory and the Kingdom's territorial integrity."

Belgium considers the Moroccan autonomy initiative, presented in 2007, as "a serious and credible effort by Morocco and a good basis for a solution accepted by the parties".
